Treasure Towers – free Sony Ericsson game
It’s been quite a while since we last talked mobile games here on MobiCritic, but now the time of waiting is over. So gather around and let me tell you about an exciting, nice-looking and extremely fun mobile game – Treasure Towers.
One of the best things about Treasure Towers is that it’s free – completely free – for Sony Ericsson mobile phones, that is. In order to download it onto your phone, all you have to do is – to go, using your mobile phone browser, to www.sonyericsson.com/fun, select the Games category and… well.. look for it. Since it’s free, you’ll only pay for the data transfer to your mobile network operator.
So, back to Treasure Towers now.
You’re an Indiana Jones-like lizard jumping on a pogo-stick on the inside of a cylindric 3D tower. The view is gorgeous and you could have fun just jumping around, but you actually have to hurry and find your way to the top, ’cause the tower is slowly filling with water – and you wouldn’t want to drown, right?
The controls are very easy to master – left, right, up will allow high jumps(but can’t be combined with horizontal ones), down will let you duck and roll through small gates, and down in mid-air will trigger a hard-fall that can break the breakable stone blocks. On your way to the top you’ll have to be careful to special blocks – yellow ones are extended/contracted by special “key” blocks(marked with an exclamation sign), green ones are moving periodically, red blocks retract when touched. You’re likely to meet various enemies as well – spiders or spiked turtles – they won’t kill you but will leave you unconscious for a while – which makes you lose time, which increases the chances you eventually drown.
The fun part about the game is that, although levels are very easy to complete, you’ll never be satisfied with their mere completion – you’ll always want more, namely a better score. So besides climbing the tower, you’ll also want to find all the hidden treasure gems, and do so in the best time possible.
Levels get more and more difficult, the towers turning into 3d labyrinths with your “life” on the edge. It’s exciting, fast paced and a perfect 5-minutes play while taking the subway or waiting for the bus. It’s extremely fun, addictive even, easy to master and tough to let go of – Of all the mobile games I played, only Tower Bloxx and Diamond Rush were comparable(or better) than Treasure Tower.
This is probably the best free games available on the Sony Ericsson portal.

You have to jump through one of the spaces, there IS an exclamation mark, it’s just too high you can’t see it but you can hit it using the “super jump” LOL

Dis game is wicked! i finally finished it in 2 hours when there was a delay in the airport! lol, btw the last level is called the ice tube its after the zodiac spiral and if u wnna get past mammoths nest keep boodtin jump and theres this exclamation mark on the top in the sky so u gotta keep jumpin keep breakin all da blocks and ull find it hiding on top of one u cnt see it unless u boost jump!

No, but you can use either PC version of the game or Flash versions. I don’t have any links for this, but I’m sure a thorough search for the game could digg something up

Saqib >> Its impossible to get 1462. For this you would need make the level in less than 0 seconds
Savan >> You record is not true too. In 16.3 seconds the flying baloon is exactly in the Right place, to much far for you to get it. Another reason is that is that dr.tatou have a speed of moving. No matter how good you are in perfect gameplay the maximum score (No one Had never archieved that) is 1430 points, in 18.4 seconds. My record is 1430, in 18.5 seconds, and many other played have made this record too.

I agree with Dr. Tatou that it’s impossible to get 1462. But I also reached 1432 points in 16.2 seconds, so that is possible.
i’m stuck on cylinder of collossus. this game is amazing i’m normally not into games but this one has me up all night! however, because i’m not a very experienced gamer, i’m not very good at it

15.8 > 1432 – it’s possible 0.1 better time but not more because in that case you would miss a balloon.
High Score is > 56588 > all levels with perfect bonus.
how do can you have a perfect score on the ascent of anubis tower?
I have tried for a hundred rimes but there is always something missing
regarding perfect score on ascent of anubis – have you seen the diamond under the second block that you jump on to?

i think this is the best you can reach, in every stage perfect bonus…
in stage one the tikal i made 15.8 but with this time you get the same points ( 1432) like with a time of 16.2 
i have complited the game for many times and still havae interest in it… it is such a nice game….and have the score of more than 50000
I have made my best score 57288, and of course it is not the best, i think results of king mario good but when i do my best score in every stage my score would be better 57449 and the last level can do beter.

This is actualization of my best reasults. My best results from all levels in arcade mode is now 57432, and that results can be beat of courst, I think the best score in this game is something about 57500 i still working to do a very best score but its very difficult some of the levels can be improve but not much. 4/5 of this results below is the best what human can reach.

I was in love with this game! But, unfortunately, I don’t have Sony Ericsson anymore. Now I have Nokia. I’d give everything just to play this again.
